CLIENT SERVICE & ACQUISITION GUIDE
1. Is each piece truly unique?
Yes. Our philosophy is "Crafted once, never repeated". While we use iconic architectural shapes (Models) to guarantee structural perfection, the artistic work of art embedded into each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation. Every piece is signed, certified and permanently linked to a single owner via a unique serial code (e.g., AND-25-S-VL3). You will own a work that no one else can ever possess.
2. Can I commission a bespoke iteration of an existing model?
Absolutely. We empower professionals and collectors to shape their vision. You can select any of our "Archetype" forms (such as the Kissen sofa or Kernel table) and commission a specific artistic narrative tailored to your environment. Whether you need a specific color palette, material texture or paint flow, we create a 1-of-1 interpretation of the model exclusively for your project.
3. Where can I experience the collection in person?
We operate primarily as a private creative atelier to maintain exclusivity. Our Creative Headquarters are located in Carimate (Como), Italy, where the strategic and artistic direction takes place. For physical viewing, we have selected pieces available at our partners such as showroom in Paphos and soon more. For international clients, we offer high-definition digital consultations and can ship material samples directly to your studio.
4. Do you support trade professionals (Architects & Developers)?
Yes, this is our core expertise. We do not compete with professionals; we empower them. We provide full technical support via our Italian production network, including drawings and material samples. We can develop highly personalised interior environments and scalable artistic concepts for hospitality or residential developments, ensuring differentiation and increased property value.
5. How do you handle global shipping and installation?
We treat every shipment as a fine art transfer. We offer global white-glove shipping services, ensuring your piece arrives safely anywhere in the world.
6. Are the artistic surfaces durable for daily use?
Yes, but they require the respect due to a masterpiece. While our pieces are engineered for functional use in high-end interiors using protective finishes, they are not industrial products. Like a luxury car or a fine musical instrument, they require conscious interaction.
Avoid: Abrasive chemicals, direct heat sources or sharp objects directly on the artistic surface.
Please note that natural materials (brass, wood, specialized resins) may evolve over time. Slight changes in texture or color are not defects but signs of the living nature of the artwork, adding to its history and authenticity.
